Every day I am focusing my actions to reach six key objectives:
Improve worldwide internal processes and contribute to Guidewire methodology.
Build and share consistent practices across the region, ensure financial health of Professional Services.
Ensure professional growth and low attrition. Grow next generation of leaders.
Create a trusted relationship for mutual satisfaction and help every customer to be successful.
Enable partners to be successful as internal teams and ensure a smooth collaboration.
Prepare proposals that are competitive and realistic. Advocate Guidewire methodology.
Returned in Guidewire as a Senior Architect, promoted to Engagement Manager in July 2017, in charge of Italy. In May 2019 promoted to Engagement Director, in charge of South Europe since August 2019 and formally promoted to Portfolio Director in May 2020. From January 2022 in charge of the whole EMEA Delivery Services as Practice Director, reporting to VP of EMEA Delivery Services. Promoted in December 2023 to VP - Global InsuranceSuite Practice and reporting directly to the Head of Professional Services.
Started as Implementation Architect in PolicyCenter, promoted to Senior Implementation Architect in April 2014, I have expanded my knowledge to BillingCenter and ClaimCenter and started to lead projects as Project Manager.
Working on Charles River implementations in Europe as a Technical resource with focus on integrating the software with other applications.
I've worked in a project of Finance Datawarehouse (risk management, management control and normative signallings to Bank of Italy) in one of the newest and innovative bank in Italy.
During all my experience in HP I've worked for one client, one of the biggest bank in Italy, in a project of Finance Datawarehouse.
During my second year I've done research on Latent Semantic Analys, planning and realization of a software in Java for the appraisal of essay (formative training for the thesis).
Result: 110/110 and praise.
During my last year I've worked in a small company (Virtuacom s.r.l.) for the formative training for the thesis. This consists in planning and realization of a web portal for business display windows written in HTML, PHP and Javascript with database MySql.

Massimo's professionalism and team building skills are major drivers of success. He proved to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Massimo always exhibits his professionalism and precision as Project Manager and also enthusiasm as "team-player" in project group. He always does his job with great commitment and he pays attention to details.
When he was the Project Manager he always proved his excellent PM skills: he has been able to manage a large number of resources, overview all the aspects (technical and non technical), deep technical knowledge and excellent communication both with colleagues and the client: all these skills made an essential contribution to the success of the project.
He was resolving all sorts of issues himself or finding others with certain skills when needed. Max was also monitoring other sub-contractors to ensure guidelines and quality standards are maintained for the customer's success. Max is probably the most meticulous, conscientious and organized person I've ever met. I believe these features make him a good PM.
Massimo has followed with determination and perseverance the best approach to implement Aviva UK project. Great ability to manage a long and non completely agile project full of new activity and changes. Massimo worked tirelessly towards the success of the Aviva project, putting the customer's success with this project before any other considerations.
After seeing Massimo consistently deliver in our recent 4 country financial order management system roll-out - I can say that he is top class. He contributed to the entire transaction chain from architecture, database and application development to integration platforms. I can highly recommend him.
Massimo works with passion, he is able to think outside the box finding always the most appropriate solution. His technical skills are excellent, great team worker and team builder. In my career I want to work more often with colleagues who have Massimo’ s attitude.
